NEW DELHI: Plantronics, makers of lightweight communication headsets, on Tuesday announced setting up of their technical support centre in India in association with services arm of Redington India, Cadenceworth -- to provide efficient after sales service to its customers.
The service centre at New Delhi would be managed by specially-trained Plantronics employees and Cadenceworth would be company`s service and support partner, a company release said.
The company also launched a replacement programme to provide its customers with an after-sales service experience under the warranty period, it said.
"We have set up a service centre at India to provide reliable after-sales service and support to our customers," Platronics BV Country Manager Bobby Joseph said.
It would also help our channel partners to now focus on building consulting expertise in emerging areas such as wireless solutions and create greater business opportunities, he said.
