Redington gains as arm acquires ADEO for USD 1.09 mn

 Redington (India), a business of supply chain management company, gained on Wednesday after its overseas step down subsidiary, Arena Bilgisayar Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi, Turkey (Arena) has acquired 47.78% shares of ADEO Bilisim Danismanlik Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. A.S. (ADEO). The value of investment is USD 1.09 million.

ADEO provides information technology services including consultancy, outsourcing, productive resource utilisation and training services in Turkey and abroad, to the companies and their partners operating in IT business. Shares ofthe companyare trading at Rs 58.45, up Rs 1, or 1.74% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 10:36 a.m.The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 59.50 and low of Rs 58. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 638.In the earlier session, the shares lost 0.95%, or Rs 0.55, at Rs 57.45. Currently, the stock is trading down 37.02% from its 52-week high of Rs 92.80 and above 15.06% over the 52-week low of Rs 50.80.
